I lost everything in the Dixie fire in 2021 FEMA did help us and helped a lot but like all gov. Programs there r so many hoops to jump through people give up and a lot of people will not qualify for there help it's a lot of added stress to a very stressful situation but don't give up people the hoops r worth jumping through.

Shouldn’t that have been the first hub location?

Strange that the newly opened FEMA center is empty. Should be full of people who need help. Also think it's remarkable that more than 1000 FEMA agents live in luxury hotels when those without housing get $700 per family. Price for 5 star hotels where FEMA agents live is $1000 per night.

I bet FEMA people haven't told the recipients of the $700. that they have to pay back that money.
