I have been ICICI bank customer for the past 16 years and SBI as well. All these days, I thought SBI online banking was horrible. But HDFCBANK goes one step further. They have horrible system for fund transfer. Worst of worst!

Net Banking is horrible for NRIs. To do anything involving money access I need an OTP on my phone and email. However, no OTP shows up on my US phone and there is no way to correct or change the number online. I also cannot change the auto renewal on my CD. On my first visit after 3 years of COVID restrictions I was told I could do all this if I registered for net banking- I did and it was just another run around. Depositing money in a HDFC account is clearly the most uninformed decision I made .

netbanking is a joke for NRI. Initially the issue was getting the OTP's now despite adding beneficiary and attempting to transfer, the option of added beneficiary does not pop up at all. When I try to add the beneficiary again I get a pop up saying its added and I can transfer.

Why your Software doesnot permit PIN generation for debit card. Your software needs improvement, For senior citizens you ask them to visit Branch and not supply otp on email in addition to Mobile phone

Today I tried to change the pin on line but it regretted stating security reasons and asked me to go to ATM. At least during covid times some changes must be made. Seniors are requested not to go out and bank is having some old problems. Some changes are requested. Hope some officials are reading this post.

Hello sir please please reply we did Mistake, for salary processing one digit account number it was missing Bank of baroda bank ( 15 digits total but we mentioned only 14 digits will salary credited that wrong account number which we entered or not)
