Dover/Otis 211M N. elevators - Plaza Garage - Eastern Gateway Community College - Youngstown, OH

This starts the Youngstown series!
These were originally Dover, but sadly were modernized by Otis several years ago. What's weird is the panel (mostly the phone braille) looks like the 2013-present braille, but records mention 2012 for the modernization. What's also weird is some floors have the original doors, while others have newer doors. The street level of this bank has all newer doors, while street level of the South bank has all original doors. And on the 1st floor of this bank, 1 of the cars has original doors, while the other 1 has newer doors. It's very strange. There's also a service elevator here that only serves street and the basement and is completely original with illuminating black buttons, but sadly it wasn't working during my visit.
This garage also has a tunnel to the City Centre 1 building, which that video will come at a later date.
