Marker height off the globe represents depth into the Earth.

When an earthquake strikes, you will hear a rumble, ding, and a bell toll. The bell will toll the number of times = to the earthquake which occurs. (example : M4.0 will ring 4 times).

The most recent earthquake has a green placemark / flag on it.

Blue flag / placemark = the last earthquake which was looked up

Dutch, do you think this moon trifecta on Wednesday will affect us? Didn’t the super moon coincide with a large earthquake a while back?

You're right on most of the time. I'm holding my breath for a very big one hitting at all the quakes going on in the Alaskan Harbor or the big on in one of the faults in California and up the coast to Oregon and Washington. You're the best.

Is the 4.9 off the coast of California in your description the same 4.9 that was 140 miles west of Coos Bay Oregon that occurred at about 2:46 p.m. today?
