Very fever dreamish indeed. I was expecting all this to be the patients dream. The doctor wakes him up and tells him that he was in a coma for 25 years and that he was recently awoken but fell back asleep. The patient tells the doctor that he had a dream where he met a guy named Peter Griffin whom he has known since childhood. He almoso explains that in the dream Peter pushed himself down a cart and explains that he did the same to him when he was a 12 year old kid in 1998 and that’s why he is in this coma in the first place. The doctor explains “well I wasn’t working here in 1998. I started coming here in 2014, so I’m not familiar with the lore”. The guy then gets up and decides to get revenge on Peter for what he did to him. It then cuts to the Griffins house and it zooms into the room peter is in. Peter is awoken by knocking on the door and he answers it. He sees an unfamiliar face and he explains that his name was Jonathan and that when he was 12 peter put him on a shopping cart 🛒 on top of the roof and pushed him down. Peter explains he must be confused about another person but the guy ain’t stupid. As punishment for Pushing him down the roof, he puts him in a cart and pushes him off a cliff and says “I don’t care how long ago you did the act”. It then cuts to Stewie eating Lunchly and all over his room crying saying that was the most nasty Lunchable he has ever had. Stewie then says “oh well, a new family guy Halloween special is coming out later this month. Don’t miss it”. After this sponsor, Stewie then starts dancing to the Ghetto Superstar by Pras.
