The D10 can ONE-SHOT Delirium Now!!! :D

Patch 1.7.9 for The Binding of Isaac Repentance dropped and with it multiple bad items got buffed! This video showcases a cool trick that allows us to one-shot Delirium with the use of the reworked D10!

I hope that this isn't patched completely, instead given a special interaction much like how berserk and suplex work.
Perhaps using the d10 on delirium's smaller fistula pieces can cause delirium to be heavily damaged and perhaps stunned for a little while.
