Summer Coastal Foraging - Mussels, Prawns, Bass - Catch and Cook

Coastal foraging is something I've been enjoying recently and I wanted to bring you along on the journey of foraging from Sea, to plate. The ingredients used in this recipe were:

1 Leek
2 cloves of Garlic
Chicken Stock
Handful of Parsley
1 Lemon
Parmesan
Risotto Rice
Unsalted Butter
Bass
Prawns
Mussels

How many takes did you do before swallowing. But it has given me an idea. Beans on toast and foraging at Tesco. This is as good as I can do. Honestly Rhys this has blown me away. That’s not cayenne pepper it’s Cajun seasoning
