Love this stuff!! As someone who works in Agriculture I always thought Bleach's use of symbolism through flowers was top notch.

The second division's flower could mean to seek nothing but your objective and eliminate your enemies. Soifon made that clear in the very beginning. It coul also mean it's all for nothing because no matter how hard they fight there will never be peace in the Spirit worlds.

I agree with the flower symbols for each division, but i see the entirety of the flowers as a theme symbolizing funeral or flowers for the dead.

2nd division flower is a easy one were
It says “seek nothing” Soi Fon is commander over the Stealth Force aka Onmitsukido. During the Karakura Arc were Aizen was about to engage Soi Fon he quoted the Onmitsukido philosophy which is “Seek not beauty in battle. Seek not beauty in death. Consider not your own life. If you wish to protect that which must be protected, the strike while your opponent’s back is turned.”

Attack on titan was really good at showing events of the story in the intro / outro I really like that bleach is doing something similar
