For the cow farm if you want to get food faster I want you to add smooth stone slabs in the first glass so you can use wheat to grow them.

For the bamboo/Suger farm put the red stone dust going to the observers not the piston
So just move it up by one on some stone It should work

The incest cow farm is always my first farm i make.
Using slabs above the chest instead of glass blocks helps helps with stuck XP.
Also using a button instead of a lever works better for me

Not dispenser. I wasted time getting redstone and quarts. And the hopper minecart didn't even pick up the wool
