How To Change Facebook Navigation Bar On App

In this video I will show you how to change what shows on the navigation bar at the top of your Facebook App.

I was playing on my Facebook app and wondered if I could change the options (links) displayed on the top that usually go to the Market Place, Home, Profile, etc. The quick links at the top can be removed or pinned to the top. The bar at the top is called your Navigation Bar. As of yesterday I use to have video on my short cut bar and also when i clicked on the 3 lines on the right but now both places to choose video is gone. I followed this video to get it back but when I go to their video is not listed for me to choose do you have any idea how I could get it back

Mine constantly changes. At times, I also get this strange icon on the top left.
