Our first time eating at Cava! We’ve been seeing this new food chain pop up everywhere and it was time for us to give it a try! We were a little nervous to try CAVA at first because the online menu looked adventurous with Mediterranean dressings and ingredients we don’t normally eat! But if you are hesitant like us, don’t be, because this place was a total win!!! The place is set up very similar to chipotle where you choose all your own toppings and ingredients for your bowl. The staff was really helpful with suggestions for the kids (and also parents). For example, Sage didn’t know which dressing she would like, so the staff member suggested two dressings (yogurt dill and tahini caeser). Sage, the pickier of my two kids, liked both!! Needless to say, this is a great healthy fast food option, and you should definitely give it a try with your family :) #travelfamily #restaurants #cava #fastfood #healthyeats
