The shoulder straps are in a bad position, they must always attach to the top/edge of the bag, it will ensure that the bags lays flat and puts even pressure on the back. In you bag it is attached lower, it will pull away for the upper back and you don’t get the same confidence or posture as with the ones attached to the edge

If you think by using recycled materials and selling it at high price in Indian market will give you profit for a long time then unfortunately you will loose your Indian customers soon cause may be your competitors will make better product at cheaper rate. Rest you can decide and talk to your marketing head or CEO remember this is my personal opinion you can take it or leave it.
