To me it looks like melted whipped cream which could be how they make their ice cream with a more whipped consistency i dont know think it’s anything to be alarmed about, now the popsicles that is wild those should be melted after a few hours tops

Looks like coagulation to me, and they likely used processed or powered milk (with preservatives and other additives) to mass produce the ice creams
