You have to wonder what sort of parents they were, if of 5 daughters, 1 murdered them and the other 4 never bothered to visit, any of them, even once in 4 years. Different children can end up with different personalities, good and bad, but with 5 daughters, that's a pretty big sample size as modern families go, and every single one had no interest in being around their mom or dad, even for a day or a weekend. Tells a lot, I think.

I know that people don't like to "talk ill of the dead" and in NO WAY did these two people deserve this but the parents had a history with social services because of their heavy hand in punishing their kids. The kids were not taken away but the parents were assessed and I can't remember the exact wording but it was basically when it came to the emotional caring side they were lacking and chances are that is also one of the reasons this daughter his like this and also why contact with the others was lacking.
