The conclusion of this video is deepwood memories is slightly better than gilded dreams but there is a certain situation where gilded dreams will be better from which i mean when someone else in your party is already using deepwood memories since the 4pc effect can't be stacked so it will be useless to use 4pc in that situation i prefer 4pc gilded or 2pc gilded and 2pc deepwood.

if Nahida is the only Dendro dmg dealing character then it's best to get Gilded Dreams, because it also buffs other elemental reactions other than just dendro related, which means you will get better overall damages if you are not playing a dendro core team

It really depends on the team. My Nahida isn't built for crit, so I switch her between gilded and deepwood depending on which DPS I have her with, and whether they're dendro or another element

Deepwood is better since it reduces dendro RES, which is very very notorious against enemies like Wenut (55% all RES)
