Yes that looks amazing. One could go crazy on variations . I gotta try this i probably be a little hevey on the cheese glad you said something about the cooking spray . I would automatically think a white garlic sauce with Monterey jack or white cheddar cheese and chicken bacon with scallions topping just nuts . It really does me good seeing these because it inspires me alot not just to make whats presented but to try different alterations. 👋

Thank you for the great appetizer. The only thing I would do different is let the meatballs defrost for about 1/2 hr, and quarter them before placing in the muffin pans, then put the marinara sauce and cheese on top. But they look really yummy Catherine.
