edit: this was actually a rumor, apparently Lana said she would never ask for money to sing for her friends.
This reminds me of when Lana Del Rey was paid 2 million dollars to sing at Kim and Kanye's wedding party at Versailles castle.
At the time Lana Del Rey was absolutely huge it felt weird that she would sing for a wedding but the money made sense.
I have a feeling it's similar here, Kim is buying Lana again with some million.
