In Mahabharata, during rajtilak of Yudhistra, there is a situation where a person is murdered by 3 men, one was Businessman, one Soldier and other one a BRAHMIN

Yudhistra gave punishment of 8 yrs to Businessman, 20 yrs to soldier and death punishment to Brahmin

Reason he gave for his decision is that the BRAHMIN was knowledgeable he knows that it is a sin to harm innocent people.

But the other two are not that much knowledgeable.

So that's why Brahmin was given Death Penalty as he committed crime knowing what he was doing, which is a greater sin

I won't disagree what happened with Bilkis Bano was wrong but why are plight of Hindu gurls who have suffered such atrocities and humiliation always getting sidelined ?? it's like women of particular groups only experience all the pain while Hindu women who have experienced same hellish encounters are conviniently left out or negated .

And yes our judiciary system needs a massive overhaul in a lot of matters
