I don’t understand why people don’t want to see history. I think that’s the great part about this potential Super Bowl run for the Chiefs. It’s history in the making and Patrick’s doing it the right way. It was always a little bit of intrigue around Brady, especially in one of those years, I can’t remember which one go Chiefs.

There was no latent period after the Patriots. That’s the reason. If the Chiefs dynasty had started after 8-10 years after Tom retired and there was a different winner each year it would be different. The thing is, it’s Dynasty fatigue not Chiefs fatigue. They had Patriots fatigue transferred to them because the league never had a chance to exhale between dynasties.

You have to respect the Chiefs because they have done it different every yesr and find a way. They had a high flying offense with a weak run defense..won it. They started the year struggling, had a weak offense with a strong defense...won it...

Fans of other teams and sports talking heads were rubbing their hands with glee when the Chiefs refused to pay Tyreek top dollar. It was the end of the Chiefs run. Some predicted the Chiefs would finish last in the AFC West. Then they won the next two Super Bowls and now are tied with the best record in the NFL. They got egg on their faces and are humiliated. That's all.
