Custodes can kill as many Space Marines as the plot demands.

Custodians can’t feel emotions like humans and even astartes, including sheer rage. This being said, the Astartes seem to enjoy testing this theory.

Video Idea: What could Guilliman's and other un corrupted Primarch's unrealized Warp powers be? Its likely all the Primarch's uncorrupted by Chaos have hidden Warp powers since the Lion just gained his Forest Walk ability.

It also depends on the Space Marines. A squad of Dark Angels was able to mortally wound and render a Custodian unconscious, however, that squad was led by a Librarian. Without him, the Custodian would have easily wiped the squad.
