The pharaoh's were considered gods and anything that would cause them to be seen in a bad light would not have been recorded. This explains why the exodus is not written in Egyptian literature but there is a lot of circumstantial evidence that points to Israel being in Egypt! 🙂🙏

Interesting that the archaeological evidence at Acarus shows asiatics (hebrews) leaving, then asiatics (Canaanite’s/Hyksos) arriving. I’m guessing the slaves Amenemhat II brought back didn’t like the situation, revolted, and installed their own pharaonic dynasty for 100 years.
