There has also been some upside.
One benefit has stuck out to me the most.

And that is that my digestive system seems to be working a little better.

I have never experienced any digestive issues in the past, but caffeine has been shown to increase gut motility.

This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on who you are.

I've also spoken with some people that have tried going caffeine-free, and they've told me that their digestion works better too.

Something to consider.

Now for the con.

I've been super hungry.

Caffeine acts as an appetite suppressant in most people.
I am one of those people.

Let's just say that it's taken a bit more self-control to stop myself from eating snacks!

Will I keep this caffeine-free streak going once the 30 days are up?

I'll let you know. I'm also going to compare my sleep metrics pre and post caffeine to see if my sleep has been affected.
