The acronym VUCA stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. The term is used to describe an organization's ability to adapt to a rapidly changing marketplace. A VUCA world is one that is constantly evolving, making it difficult to predict what will happen next. To be successful in such an environment, we need to be agile and have the ability to quickly adapt to change.
