World Record for 0 DEATHS, since the other runners suicide on some bits where it's faster.
in my opinion, NO DEATH runs are so much more impressive than normal runs because normal runs are for CHICKENS
This made my heart beat so fast towards the end, I have completed this game on MAME version with no savestates

I had a heart attack at 9:01 look how close i was to ruining a no death run
and at 12:19 that guy nearly stabbed me and i felt so nervous

i am such an idiot and i hate myself about leaving the mouse cursor on the screen, so angry about that and i think the run needs to be done again without this stupid thing i left on the video

I remember playing this with my dad at the arcade... oh the horror, we would die almost instantly. Blood and guts everywhere with the sound if men dying and loads of gunfire. Many quarters died that day.

Not to rain on the parade, but Koston (the angry moderator of the Metal Slug speedrun community), has a deathless run with a time of 11:47 (v=4m4i0GuLoBw). Is that not the deathless world record?
