Timeline of the events:
9, nov., 2023: I sent an e-mail to creality explaining this issue with the printer.
9, nov., 2023: They answered with a generic troubleshoot guide which did not include the problem.
11, nov., 2023: I tried their troubleshoot but did not have any success. I replied their e-mail including a photo of the graph of the temperature which was varying a lot, indicating an issue with the temperature controller.
15, nov., 2023: They asked to update the firmware and reply if it solved the problem. They also asked information about the purchase (Invoice, picture of the SN code and a video of the malfunctioning (This video)).
21, nov., 2023: I tried updating but obtained no success. I sent all the information they asked for.
22, nov., 2023: They ask me my address to send a replacement hot-end.
24, nov., 2023: They sent the component.

After the new hot-end arrived, I noticed that the design was different from the previous one. The new has a red silicone sleeve. After replacing it, the printer now works flawlessly.

Until now, (3, oct., 2024), the printer is operating without any major issue. The Creality K1 printer is used for research in a Engineering Lab, it is used occasionally but works like a charm everytime it is needed.
I would 10/10 recommend this printer, the customer support is very good, the printer itself is very accurate, very fast, and silent.
