I’m a model test photographer for an agency, the requirements are two models one hour 5-7 looks each model. I’m compensated if it runs over 15 min or so but the models are expected to operate in the same environment as if they were in a commercial shoot.

I have just started doing test shoots and I agree with everything you said. I feel like you were missing the initial contact/inquiry. Could you do another video about how you should reach out to an agency that has never heard of you before? Do you show up in person, send your portfolio, email, call...?

question im doing a test shoot with 2 models tomorrow and i asked the agency do you want me to use strobe they told me to go natural but ui feel i should bring flash if needed for the face any advice please ASAP
