Tulsi Gabbard files for first-in-the-nation primary

Tulsi Gabbard reiterated her call for the release of secret documents related to a federal investigation of whether Saudi Arabia was involved in the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack as she filed her candidacy for the 2020 New Hampshire primary Tuesday.
