I am in shape and I think that most people who are in shape have respect for those who want to become fitter, especially overweight or skinny people. We all started out somewhere and relate to the struggle.

So people starting out shouldnt be embarrassed, we understand.

I am so out of shape.  I need to get to the gym more often. I went once and couldn't even lift the lowest level of weights the machine had... :(
