It is borderline criminal that this video has so few views compared to Beth's other vids. This is an amazing song that deserves everyone's attention.

I love progressive pop. The mix of catchy songcraft with the more complex elements is just pure ear candy to me. I never would have expected it from one of Will Smith's kids, but I'm definitely going to have to check out the album when it drops next week.

The bassist is Mohini Dey, 27 years old & born in West Bengal, India. She has collaborated with the likes of Steve Vai, Dream Theater keyboardist Jordan Ruddess, British jazz guitar phenom Guthrie Goven, and so many more here on YouTube. Her work with Dewa Budiana performing traditional Balinese styles on jazz rock steroids is brilliant. And now with Willow! Rick Beato pronounces this to be the future of Pop music. One can but hope.

You caught the "yeahuh"! No other reaction has picked up on that little detail and it's my favorite part of the song. Perfectly written and the production makes it pop so well

I’d say Willow uses unusual time signatures and the syncopation in her vocal and music style at times can sound like a time signature change. I love the intro to this song and rhythm and vocal styles. Willow leveled up on this song for sure, it’s BRILLIANT!🎶💜🎶

If you check out her "Tiny Desk" concert that dropped a few days ago.
Her band is locked in!
Of course, she is absolutely amazing.✌🏾

Wouldn't be surprised if it actually is her who plays all the instruments in this...

Recently saw a video of her on instagram, messing around in the studio, writing a song (not this one)...
And she was playing everything, drums, bass, guitar & piano!

Not to mention the layered symbolism within the video; specifically the “Hangman’s Pose “ representing the ending of the age of Pisces and the literal meaning of enlightenment. Brings the lyrics to a literal esoteric sense visually. Absolutely brilliant!

She reminds me of Esperanza Spalding. She's so young and I am SO excited to see what she does next. Thanks for this reaction! ❤

I always knew there was brilliance hidden inside her waiting to explode, just like jaden with cabin fever. These kids are talented.

Never really listened to her before, but I've been meaning to check out her music since David Bennett featured this song not too long ago.

Willow's the most talented out of the lot of them, even more than her parents. It's a shame about all the noise and drama around them. It's kind of like she's obviously gotten her opportunity and platform being a nepo baby but unlike most nepos, she's only lasted and grown as an artist the longer she's been out there.

It has been my life goal to tell everyone about Willow and her talent, ever since her Ardipithecus album. So amazing wonderful and beautiful.

I’ve just discovered Willow. And thought I’d check out some reactions to this song. What amazes me is there’s ANOTHER song using 7/4 on the same album! 😂
