Um... its not really a hidden areas but you did good, however, the albanuric archer drop leggings of the boss that can't be sold at finger maiden in roundtable hall, so it's important to complete the set.

Gaius’s Greaves will drop from the Abinauric Archer, riding the wolf near the shack. The Sharpshot talisman is found inside the shack. ✌🏼

Sometimes I forget just how vetted I am when it comes to souls games. I'll get a notification about a video covering a hidden boss or secret item ECT. And it's something I just happened to already know about from simply playing the game as I have been conditioned to do for 15 years. I never really think about newer souls players in this aspect and its always refreshing to see. Good content.

And here I was waiting to find an actual hidden area. Not ones that are all easily found naturally. The only real hidden one would have been the path to the NE where he said "Most of you would have gone this way".

It's not a secret boss, This boss has three more brothers, there are only 4 such catacombs in the east, west, north and south.
