Why doesn't brands give rear disc with dual channel ABS on such a performance oriented 125cc scooter ??
They could have atleast offered one varient.
I mean the safety net of dual channel ABS at 90-100 kmph would make the rider feel way more confident.
I know the price would increase but people like us are willing to pay up for that kind of safety.

should really appreciate what indian two wheelers manufacturers are doing with the design aspects, ntorq from tvs and hero with this ❤❤

Small tyre will always accelerate quicker and big tyre will be relaxed at high speed than the smaller one

I have a few comments to share, after riding it for sometime.
1. Once we press left or right indicator, both indicator sign glows on LCD panel display. This is a clear bug..!! They could have avoided it. Blink the left or right arrow depending which turn is pressed. How will the user know... which indicator is blinking. This is very basic mistake.
2. Indicator light though sequential arrow type, brightness of the indicator is very dull.... It is not quite brightly visible. More than the style, they should have focused on brightness of the indicator light...!! What is the point of the style if people can't see it clearly..???? 🙂🙂
3. Very basic accessories like, side stand should have been standard. It could be turn off for some people. because a standard part is missing.
4. Utility wise, boot space is small, foot board is small... so they should have provided a front hook to carry luggage. Only body mounted rear hook is available. Now the scooter does not appeal to family man since boot space is small.
5. Seat height for pillion rider is quite high. I myself is around 6 feet (5 ft, 11inches) I find it difficult to get down from the scooter. Also while riding as pillion, both my feet don't touch ground. Because of the height, some people will reject the scooter.
6. Stock Horn provided is very weak. Not audible to by standers, crowds in busy street. 😕😕😟🙁

Small point, about knees and lock to lock, at around @5:50 the chances of having your feet on the floor board while taking a lock turn are quite minuscule, most lock turns are done during parking or shifting the vehicle, or very slow speeds, which happens quite infrequently...

I have a question

When it comes to 125cc I could see comparisons like activa, access, dio and now xoom but couldn’t see the comparison with Yamaha ray. I know that the dynamics of each scooter is different but curious!!!

The bike looks really fresh from the crowd.

Ntorq base is Dio and Avenis is the cheap copy of Ntorq.

Xoom 125 looks stand out, and those 14 inch tyres looks damn beautiful.

Dear Autocar India
team why are you and other youtubers covering this scooter when it is not available in any single showroom in Delhi-NCR.
All the hero showrooms told me that this won't be available in showrooms until the very end of October of mid November.
So what's the point of launching the product when you hardly have 500-600 pieces available all over India and yeah Hero totally seems to forget that they also launched their overpriced xoom 160 in January because even though launched it it's quite evident that it won't be coming in our market until the very beginning of 2025.
I don't understand why no one seems to cover this dark reality of Hero Motors.
Please do something India Motors youtouber community.

It appears there's always a trade off. If you want a sporty+good looking scooter, you have to compromise on practicality..like the floorboard and under seat storage. But very good looking scooter...

What about city traffic travelling, which is 20-30 kmph speeds most of the time .... Do you think there's more vibrations Or discomfort compared to the competitor's offering (activa 125, Jupiter 125, access 125)
