1:16:00 one point for Robbie that he may not consider regarding legalization of marijuana at the state level versus the federal. If it is done at the state level, then an employer can use a drug test to fire you if you test positive. If legalization is done at the federal level, then I imagine it would be treated like alcohol in which as long as you are not imbibing well on the job or showing up to work under the influence, then what you do on your own time is your business.
