Do you find that flipping between E and D there’s is always a tuning issue?

I had a question on the pitch shifter. I am getting a 7 string with a floyd rose and id like to be able to drop the low B string to drop A, and also the E string to drop D, for that versatility. Do you think its possible to install 2 of these on the same guitar in that way? I plan to use a fu black box to stop any tuning instability issues with changing the tunings.
