Corrigan’s sign : Dancing carotid pulse #Aorticregurgitation #CVS

The Corrigan sign aka Dancing Carotid: It is a pulse that is bounding and forceful, rapidly increasing and subsequently collapsing.

This pattern is associated with increased stroke volume of the left ventricle and decrease in the peripheral resistance, leading to the widened pulse pressure.

Hyperkinetic circulatory states like anemia, thyrotoxicosis, fever, arteriovenous fistula, or a leak on the arterial side of the circulation like in patent ductus arteriosus, aortic regurgitation, aortopulmonary window, truncus arteriosus, and, rarely, complete heart block (a large volume of blood is pumped into a relatively empty chamber) may cause Corrigan pulse.

Got for 4 years clearly signs of aortic Reguration, Quincke Sign, Waterhammerpulsations visable around my body.
Pulsations around my neck

Cardiologist (ive met 7 over years)
All say all fine.
Lv not hypertrophied, EF is good.

How can this be possible?
