I won't buy from Cricut again unless they change their policy from "Money First" to "Customer First". Restricting how we use our machines and severely changing the way your product is used is illegal and a scumbag move too.

You need to change your 20 per month upload policy. You're the one that wanted to go cloud, not the users. If you can't afford to run a cloud service then you better remove that limitation. This is the least helpful change, and can really ruin new users experience with your product. A new user can easily use up almost half of that 20 upload limit in a day just getting used to the machine and what it can do. If they can't test it out freely, then why get one?

It's clear you're out of touch with your customer base. I rather have no new updates to the software and keep my unlimited uploads than have a new feature with limitations.

Speak up about cricut's horrible decision! Their decision to charge us to use more than 20 of our designs with our machine is wrong! Thats like a printer saying you need to pay to print more than 20 pages a month! End this idea and stop trying to steal money from us!

HI, What song is played in the background? It is really nice and I am reading the comment you should really reconsider forcing customers to pay for Cricut access by limiting the uploads to 20 per month. 
If you want to move customers to Access, you should give them incentives (like special design, more functionality etc.) instead of forcing them. Especially given that most people do not make enough money from their designs - they do this cause they are creatives. Just my thoughts

My son (in another city) has mine. I haven't even got the chance to use it.
Long story... he won't give it actually that is a major issue I have with him, and coincidently The Cricket Maker Machine issue is what kept me up all night, wanting it back.
Now I hear this...

A friend talked me through the set up (registration?) process to get it started, months ago. But I didn't know how to use it. So my son took it and said he would show me.... he never did, and never gave it back.... he has been using it, but it is in my name?.
(Long ugly story.)
So I will get charged $10 a month for something I never even got the chance to use?
What am I supposed to do?
