Jury selection begins in Steve Bannon's contempt of Congress trial

Jury selection is underway for Steve Bannon's criminal trial in Washington. The former adviser to President Trump is facing two contempt of Congress charges for refusing to comply with a subpoena from the House Select Committee investigating the attack on the Capitol. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more.

I’ve been on jury panels involving criminal cases where during the selection process, African-Americans were excused by the prosecuting attorney just because—no reason given.

I wonder if it can work the “other way” in this case?
