What they need on the timers is a game/5min or whatever with like a 30sec increment. Imagine the wild finishes and inability to stall at the end of stalemate games! Yes, time changes would greatly inhance risk online.

Purple isnt stream sniping, you had a 4 cap and that was just a good decision on his part
He started the gaem with an extra +2 a turn and a strong early game cap

It is interesting that while you did techniqually cheat but by turning in at at 7 cards with 3 mismatched cards you ended up in the exact same situation anyway so you didn't change anything really, (sure card distrubution was slightly adjusted but I can see it really have making a difference)
