This feels like a lot of inspiration from Terra Mystica. The tracks (with bonuses), creating different kinds of buildings, etc. But wow, so much good stuff here. All of the customization (player powers, bonus token) almost puts it into Age of Innovation territory. The multiple use cards (and tucking) kind of feels like the new Shipwrights of the North Sea (Redux). Where you play a card for it's immediate effects but can also tuck it for a persistent power. Plus, the resources (temp and permanent) are such a nice addition.
