I am highly sensitive and feel this sense of urgency within me again today (for the second time in a short time). A great unrest. I always have to take deep breaths. Not a panic attack, but close. There's something in the air. These energies are overwhelming right now.

Kerry K said that what we will focus on in August will manifest in November, possibly as early as October. Others also believe that August is a crucial month.

I am absolutely aware of where I should put my focus and attention. However, with this current energy, I find it difficult to even think clearly. So now I'm just going to dwell on my feelings and try to find the peace within myself that I want for the world.
