On Wednesday, April 29, West Virginia Governor Jim Justice announced for the state to begin its plans to reopen, the state will need to have a Cumulative Percent Positive Test Results below 3% for three consecutive days. As a result, West Virginia will begin to reopen the economy, which is phased into a three to six week schedule.
