I'm a hobbyist roaster and just bought the Bullet after considering Golden GR 0.5kg. I went with the Bullet mainly because I had to mod to roaster to get variable air control and drum control.

The bullet lives on.. she has been upgraded with a V2 upgrade kit and is doing amazingly. I roast 3-5 batches of 1kg every day to supply the demand. Thank you Dario for this wonderful machine, she's a work horse and makes me amazing coffee.
