Quartez and allies who are around her will regenerate 50% of max hp when their hp is less than 10%. This effect has a 60 seconds cool down. When battling with Lunox they will get an extra (+8 Magic Power) Buff.
* 1st Skill : “Light Destruction”
(Damage/Sheild)
Quartez gains shield and shots stars to the enemies around her, each stars deal
350(+80 Magic Damage) and slows the enemy by 30% and leaves a mark on the enemy. If the marked enemy attacks Quartez they will be stunned for 0.5 seconds.
* 2nd Skill : “Betrayal Blood”

Quartez regenerates 5% of max hp for herself and allies around her.

Quartez quickly stuns the enemy that are in her basic attack range dealing 100(+20 Magic Damage).
* 3rd Skill or Ultimate : “Vivid Spectrum”
(Buff)
Quartez enters Light state, removes all CC from her, reset all skills CD, get 50% damage reduction and gaining 40% movement speed last 3 seconds.
~ Use again: She unlocks a new skill : “Radiance”
Quartez can choose one of her allies to become immune to all basic attacks, damage, and CC for 5 seconds.

What I liked about Hororo was his constant use of old heroes or the non meta's such as alpha and vex. Also i am hoping for more saber videos soon because he is underrated now and many players underestimates him when i play in ranked games.
