Beautiful product, but about the acrylics it doesn’t necessarily mean that your nails will be that damaged, if you get them professionally removed that will prevent any nail damage

Fun fact: the products themselves aren’t damaging your nails. It’s the application and removal being done improperly. You just need a good tech

Trust me. I had my nails re done every 2 months acrylics even when I would get told off at schooo I would keep them on and get a new set. I started my BIAB journey last month straight after I had acrylics on. First I went with square coz they filed them down, now we have gone for almond shape! My nails are so pretty and they are strong as well!

Your nails are supposed to be around 85% water so they should be able to bend easily with just a little bit of push back. This percent can obviously differ and make that change. If your nails are dry they will become brittle and break easily. Or they can soak up too much water, from having nails on or whatnot, and will bend like this, however with some fresh air they should go back to a normal bend. Also it's extremely important to give your nails a break from nails every so often so i really hope you didn't go right from acrylics to the poly gel. So In short, if your nails are brittle or break easy, MOISTURIZE them, if they're too bendy, use something that will dry them up some! Just something i learned in cos school years ago, thought I'd share!

This happened to my nails after I stopped going to a salon. Took at least 3 months for my nails to recover. Now they are healthy, long and natural. I will never get acrylics or gel again

They go soft due to lack of exposure to oxygen leave them in the air fir a few hours and don't apply nail oil straight away because it keeps them damp let them naturally dry first and the apply a small amount of cuticle oil to you're cuticles then after 24 hours you can apply you're nail oil ❤

Acrylics doesn’t damage your nails it’s how you remove them that can damage your nails and polygel can damage them to because you can’t soak them in acetone
