A couple of additions I forgot to mention in the video!
Pabrai - Sold 42% of his Rain Industries holding (filed Dec-22)
Li Lu - Also owns Postal Savings Bank of China, a position larger than any of his US stock holdings (no recent activity)

are you gonna cover Phill Town's portfolio as well?

It would be nice to listen to Monsoon Pabrai break down one of her investments.

That woman has a beyond bright future! 😎

I saw the headlines on Berkshire's holdings the other day, but your videos are good putting it in context. I also read Berkshire's shareholder letter released yesterday morning. Your analysis videos on specific companies are interesting. A while back I thought of doing my own channel on historical analyzes of Berkshire and perhaps other investments, but seems you and SwedishInvestor have surprisingly covered a lot of that ground.

Hi Tom,
The top UK mutual investor over a dozen years has been Terry Smith with Fundsmith, though I'm not sure if he fits with your Value Investor criteria. His performance has been 15 percent annually since November 2010

Hi Tom,
what do you think of Charlie's comment about BABA?

does anyone know how much BYD stock does the daily journal corporation currently owns? where do i find this information? it would be pretty cool to see how much of the current portfolio is located in BYD:)
Charlie trimmed his stake in BYD last year so he can benefit from TLH from his ALIBABA sell off.
Thank you guys in advance

Pabrai also owns 5% of Agesa and Anadolu Hayat (insurance and private pension), as well as 5% of TAV airports, all in turkey. He may also have a position in Coca Cola Icecek (CCOLA), Coke bottler / distributor in turkey, Pakistan, and other surrounds.

Also BAM represents 25% of the Brookfield Corp (BN) asset manager business. BN still holds 75% of the asset manager.

Hi Tom, I don't know how TIKR works but I checked the filings again and since Pabrai Funds invested in TAV Airports at 14.07.2022, I couldn't find any filing about them exiting the position after that. So they probably still hold the position.

It sounds like Guy has recently entered a small position in Carerating ( Indian ratings agency ).

Take the advice with a grain of salt, buffet started investing at age 11, he had the time for it to grow PLUS things are cheaper back in those days. In australia houses cost 600k to one million, investing is hardly the same

Good video. Spend more time on the filings so ppl can see it and less on you. Just adjust the editing a little.
My humble opinion.

Most of these famous "long term" investors jump in and out of positions damn often...

We can't really follow them because we don't have their kind of money Warren Buffett has said that if your small investor need to be more flexible you don't you don't you can make more money then being concentrated with a few stocks like they do because they have a lot of money
