It is heavily implied that they engage in "eye-play" in the manga. As said in the anime, Kaguya is extremely attracted to Shirogane's eyes. Shirogane realizes he has bad eyesight, and Hayasaka recommends contacts. This results in Hayasaka teasing him about getting his eyes licked or some bullshit fetish like that. Soon after, Kaguya enters, the confusion is settled quickly but Hayasaka does mention eye-licking. When she leaves, Kaguya does mention that she's interested by the concept.

In the following panel, the narrator states that afterwards, Shirogane was no longer afraid of putting on contacts, implying that Kaguya likes to lick his eyeballs or some weird shit like that during sex. God that was a weird chapter.

2. Chapter 221 basically showed how wonderful to have sex with Kaguya, and it also applies on how incredible Miyuki was in bed.
3. Miyuki basically went against the Shinomiya family to free Kaguya and won.
