VISUALLECT : The Visual Library of Scrum

One of the three pillars of Empiricism is Transparency, and so that everyone in the organization knows what is going on. Visualization is the best way to make your work transparent.
We are getting used to visualizing our to-dos whether at work on the boards or home for our personal life. Instead of keeping them written down we can also organize them by visualization. It helps envision ourselves achieving our goal. On the other hand, visualization is also about envisioning the actions necessary to achieve a desired outcome.
