This is an honest, nearly perfect list. The only thing I would add, which is similar to quite a few of the concepts that were illiteratated in this video, is don't apologize for being wrong or making a mistake. Yes, apologize for the mistake that you made, or misinformation that you had, but don't apologize for making it. You are only human, and a key part of being human is making mistakes and learning from them. As long as you learn and become better as a part of it, it is not a mistake, it's a lesson; just part of being human. If you continue making the same mistake however, then it becomes a pattern, in which case it is no longer a concept of humanity, but rather your persona and beliefs
