Thank you so much, I'm so grateful for your video. My daughter felt so uncomfortable without her Hei toki after it unravelled. We went to some carvers to have it rebound and they said they couldn't do it. Thanks to you I could do it, and she is so relieved. 💚

Thank you for your tutorial, my sons toki needed a new binding, I live on the GC and during quarantine, I thought I would have a go at repairing his much beloved toki. I’m so happy I was able to repair it and he is able to wear it.

Thanks from this, I spent 6 months in your beautiful country 4 years ago and I’ve been wearing my toki ever since. Would not have been able to fix it if not for your video! Hope you’re all safe and well there.

Love from Singapore

Excellent tutorial, thank you very much! Helped me do a lovely job when my hei toki unravelled soon after I bought it (honestly now that I know how to do it, it was a bit of a lousy job by the original lasher haha). Appreciate the detailed video and the peaceful atmosphere ^_^

Thanks so much for your videos!! The binding and braid on my husband's toki was so worn out after years of wearing it that it finally ripped. I even thought of sending the whole thing to a friend in NZ to get it fixed. But with your awesome explanations I managed to do it myself. Didn't turn out too bad, I think. Thanks!

Thank you for your video ...I got a necklace like this from my NZ exchange student when she came to Canada and that was 4 years ago and I have worn it so much that the binding is starting to fall apart ...time to do another one 😊

Thank you for this video! I am from Australia and one of my dear friends from NZ had given me a Toki a year ago. The cord had started to come apart and I was just make shift fixing it. 2 days ago the binding was coming undone. being that the necklace means alot to me, I felt wrong not wearing it.
Now I'm off to buy some more waxed cord and hopefully through your guidance, I can make it whole again.
much love, stay safe, Lisa xx
