ADKAR is a five step model or process that helps you and others respond to change in the workplace. It's a great model to use to help understand the different responses from each individual, and what the best approach to take is to plan your change management structure.

The model involves five key stages that are needed to go through in order for change to happen effectively and successfully.

✔️Awareness (Understanding the reasons behind the change)
✔️Desire (Wanting to be on board with change)
✔️Knowledge (Knowing what it is and how to respond to the change)
✔️Ability (Having support and ability to apply the change)
✔️Reinforcement (Making the change achievable and sustainable)
