FACTOR INVESTING | Fundamental analysis through the Stockopedia platform:-

Factor Investing allows us to put a number against specific criteria, often criteria taken from the fundamentals of a company, namely the Quality, Value, Momentum and Growth factors.

By using such factors to filter for specific stocks, it has been proven to improve the performance when measured against a typical index.

Stockopedia have been able to take this concept a step further by ranking the factors against other stocks in its universe.

I use the Stockopedia platform and highly recommend it for stock traders or investors alike. An excellent resource for investing for beginners.

Would be interesting to compare risk-adjusted returns, the graphs seem very similar in shape, which indicates that maybe 'factor' merely reflects risk rather than risk-adujsted return.

There's one more factor you forgot: CmA: Conservative>Agressive Investment by the company. It's in the original Fama French 5-factor model

Is not liquidity and volatility other two factors to consider? How to account for these in the qvm from investopedia?

I would be highly interested to see your explanation of the Piotroski F-Score grouped by market cap (small, medium, large).

Thank you for your helpful presentation. I wonder how does this compare with VectorVest?

Why would they sell this for a subscription to retail investors rather than using this system to run billion dollar funds?

I wouldnt recommend micro-cap stocks. Spreads and lack of buyers and sellers will screw you. The minimum you should go is small caps, they have a better amount of buyers and sellers

Saying factors are profound by only looking at 6 years is laughable. How about looking at 100 years of the US stock market? Fama french factors are way to go
